The course aims to provide participants with an awareness of non-Instructed Advocacy and the approaches you might use when working in this field.  

By the end of the day, participants will:

  1. Understand what non-instructed advocacy is
  2. Have a basic knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act
  3. Understand the four approaches to NIA

 

We can provide these courses at a venue of your choosing nationwide for groups of up to 20 learners. Venues must provide a flipchart and own refreshments. The trainer’s travel and accommodation expenses will be charged at cost.

The cost of this training is from £720.00 per day (no VAT), which includes training delivery, course materials and a certificate of attendance for each learner.
